Description
All Simpson Steel Building Company kits come complete with an erection manual, easy to read drawings, and Anchor Bolt Plans. (20) 9×7 framed door openings included.
Roll-up Doors are NOT INCLUDED in pricing but can be added for an additional cost.

Your choice of color for wall and trim from Color Chart. All structural members are high strength 57,000 psi steel, cut to length, and pre-punched for easy assembly with either 1/2″ bolts or self-drilling screws. Roof panels are 26ga. 80,000 psi non-painted galvanized steel.
Wall panels are 26ga. 80,000 psi painted galvanized steel. Partition panels 29ga. galvanized steel.
All roof and wall panels are attached with self-drilling fasteners. Panel fasteners are color matched. All panel laps are fastened with self-drilling fasteners. Roofing side laps receive roll mastic sealant. Gable ends and eave of roof receive a die formed foam closure to “bird-proof” the building, sealing off all openings.
All buildings come completely trimmed out in color. Sculptured gable, eave, corner and base trim, as well as jamb and head trim are included. Trim material is the same gauge as panels.
Additional accessories or options are available to be added to your building by requesting a custom quote. Insulation is not included in pricing. It can be added to the roof upon request.
