Simpson Steel Building Company produces custom engineered building kits made to order. Because each project is manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If any component is missing, defective, or manufactured incorrectly, contact us within thirty days of delivery. Include the item name, quantity, and clear photos of the issue. If an error is confirmed, replacement parts will be supplied or an appropriate on site solution will be arranged.
