Whether you need a small workshop or a large warehouse, we provide flexible options to meet your project’s unique needs.

Offering Affordable and Durable Steel Building Kits

At Simpson Steel Building Company, we’re known for our patented steel truss design — a structural innovation that offers the same strength as traditional rigid frame buildings but at a significantly lower cost. On average, our designs are about 30% more affordable than similar-sized rigid frame models.

This makes our Illinois steel buildings ideal for customers looking to balance quality and budget. Our pre-engineered kits are precision-manufactured, pre-cut, and pre-drilled for quick and easy on-site assembly. These kits are perfect for a variety of uses, including agricultural storage, equipment sheds, manufacturing facilities, or personal garages.

Meeting Illinois Building Standards and Climate Needs

Illinois weather can be unpredictable, but our metal buildings are engineered to meet local building codes and withstand the state’s snow loads, wind pressures, and temperature swings. With widths up to 50 feet and heights up to 18 feet, our steel truss systems provide dependable performance for residential, agricultural, and light commercial applications.

We also offer rigid frame options for customers needing larger spans or specialized structural requirements, ensuring that every project receives a safe and compliant design.
