Nevada building permits can be very strict for a couple of counties. If you are purchasing a metal building for Clark County or Washoe County, you will have a more in depth permitting process to go through. While we do have a licensed engineer to stamp all of our plans, we still rely on our customers verifying all of their snow load, wind load and seismic category requirements.
