Simpson Steel Buildings is a fantastic company to buy your metal building from. Prices were extremely competitive.... Their building design is unique and very cool. Customer service was by far better than anyone else. The follow through on their end was amazing. They helped me when I needed help while putting the building up.We even had a couple of minor parts that were missing or we lost them (not sure, probably we lost them to be honest) and Simpson replaced those parts with no questions asked. This was almost a year after we had our building delivered. That kind of service is unheard of and we really appreciated. Everyone should buy their buildings from this company!read more

We did not receive the eighteen inch overhangs that we ordered and paid for. Its supposed to be checked over by us at... the time of delivery. Let me tell you that it is impossible to sort through thousands of pieces of metal to find every bit.We have a beautiful building despite Simpson's lack of quality control and had wanted to be a spokes person for the company. We wanted to have pictures of our beautiful build on their webpage. It would have been a benefit for them to highlight our amazing build. I cannot recommend anyone buy from Simpson.read more

Mr Dooley and his staff were there to help me every step of way through the process. From ordering the building,... keeping me up to date on the shipping and even going on to answer any questions I had as I constructed the building. The building was a not a problem to erect mainly due to the fact that everything was produced to go together easily and the fit and finish was engineered to be put together without a problem. I would recommend their company to anyone who is looking for a high quality product Having never put together a building of this size (35 x 50)I would not hesitate to do it again. A great option for an inclusive building package. Well laid out plans made for easy assembly. I opted for a heavier... snow load and less than three months after erecting our building we had a record snowfall. Many buildings around us collapsed, ours didn't even groan.Very happy with our building, my only regret was not making it bigger.read more

Too much little parts to put together, nothing was welded, all bolt together including metal trusses. Lots of cuts,... drilling on the job and no good instructions. Over engineered for my area and I didn't know the codes for my area, didn't know what to ask the county so they just put a generic one.read more

Simpson Steel is the real deal. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't want, they never said "you better hurry... and accept a deal to lock in a price" like so many others I got bids from did. They were completely honest, professional and upfront about all costs and ended up being a great value. The building itself is very stout and heavy duty frame. I love it! Due to circumstances I had it was nearly a year after I got the kit before I could get it built, and when I did found a couple items missing. SS didn't even question it and sent them out ASAP. Also if I had questions during construction they nearly always answers first time I called or would return my call very quickly. Greta customer service. Highly recommended!read more

It was a great experience. Jacob, Mitchell and Tim were very helpful, even answered the phone when they knew it was me... calling back with another question. The building quality is excellent, just have a few more trim pieces and couple doors to set and I'll share some pictures ! I'm so glad I went with them!read more

Great product and superior customer service. when ordering I received a lot of help with window and door locations and... sizes knowing that these items would be purchased locally. Lots of color options available too. My structure arrived on time as promised, the delivery driver was very patient accessing my property and while unloading the truck. After the sale I received excellent customer service via telephone and e-mail as I had a couple of specific installation concerns due to my specific build. Overall, I am completely satisfied.read more

It is very good strong metal building I saw ads on EBay I thought a cheaper weak metal material but it was very... professional industrial. Manual is very professional for do it yourself.Engineer design is perfect. I recommend it to all everyone.read more
