What stood out the most was that Chance wasn’t just a salesperson—he was very knowledgeable about the actual construction process. Wasn’t easy for me to find a steel company to help me with my 60/40 barn till I talked to Chance from Simpson steel. These guys are super professional and knowledgeable. The quality and final result is better than what I expected. If these guys have a network to erect buildings over the states they will eat up the whole market. Their steel quality and engineering plans leave no room for difficult building departments like Sonoma county, CA to ask any questions. If you deal with these guys you will be surprised with the delivery speed as well.
